At Finding Avenues Foundation, we provide scholarships for young adults ages 16–25 who are ready to pursue careers in high-demand trades. Our mission is to remove financial barriers and open doors to opportunity—helping students master a craft, build a sustainable career, and, for those interested, explore artistic or creative paths.
Each scholarship is tied to specific trades, ensuring recipients gain practical, income-generating skills that last a lifetime.

LEARN-A-TRADE DAY

A hands-on event where local trade schools, instructors, and professionals give students a chance to try out different trades (plumbing demos, welding practice, automotive basics, etc.)

COMMUNITY CAREER WORKSHOP
(DATE TBA)
A half-day session focused on resume building, interview prep, and branding your craft. Can be done in library, community center, or partner trade school classroom.

BOWLING & BRANDING NIGHT
A social event mixing fun with learning: students bowl in teams while rotating through quick minin sessions on personal branding, resume tips, or entrepreneurship. Sponsors can cover lanes or donate prizes
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER MIXER

Casual networking night with food, music, and raffles. Goal: raise funds while connecting community leaders, sponsors, and students.

Founded by Kameron Mitchell, the Finding Avenues Foundation was born from his own personal struggles navigating career, creativity, and stability. Through those experiences, he recognized what young people truly need: access to sustainable career paths, the ability to support their livelihood, and the freedom to pursue their art and passions with confidence.
With a diverse amount of support and a solid team, Kameron hopes this foundation will create lasting stability in people’s lives — empowering not only today’s youth, but also building opportunities that can carry forward for generations to come.
